- 护照原件：至少 6 个月有效期，2 页以上空白签证页。
- 证件照：近 6 个月白底彩照（需在线上传并打印备用）。

- 居住/身份证明：如驾照或州身份证复印件；非美国籍请附合法居留证明。

邀请函要点（由中国公司或展会单位签发）
- 申请人信息：姓名、性别、国籍、护照号码等。
- 访问安排：目的、预计入/离境日期、行程城市、与邀请方的关系、费用来源。
- 邀请方信息：公司全称、地址、电话、公章、负责人签字。
- 如系展会：可提供展会邀请/参展确认等证明。
格式可为扫描件或电子件（以受理机构指引为准）；如需要，我们可提供英文/中文模板草拟要点。
办理步骤
- 在线表单：登录 COVA，完成个人信息、旅行计划与工作教育经历等；上传证件照；记下并保存申请 ID。
- 材料初审：将护照信息页、证件照、邀请函及 COVA PDF 发给我们进行预审与修订建议。
- 签字与寄送：按指引打印并签名；连同护照等材料寄送/递交。
- 递交与受理：我们按领区要求提交材料并跟进受理进度。
- 出签与回寄：签证签发后当天取回并回寄护照（附追踪）。
根据受理机构安排，部分申请人可能需按要求进行指纹采集；14 岁以下及 70 岁以上等情形通常豁免（以当期公告为准）。
