- the accuracy, legality, or completeness of documents provided by clients;
- any decision, delay, or service by any embassy or consulate regarding visa issuance;
- any delay, loss, or damage to passports or documents caused by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or private couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
We do not offer compensation for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the visa application process.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from errors in text or content. Identified errors will be corrected promptly. Prices, requirements, and services may change without prior notice.
Service Distinction
eChinaVisa.com is a private agency and is not affiliated with any government authority, including the U.S. Department of State. We do not issue visas. Our services include clear instructions and checklists, dedicated support, rapid processing, and real-time status updates. Our service fees are charged in addition to embassy/consular fees.
Rush Service Applications
For Rush (expedited) service, applications must be sent via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. The date we receive your package is treated as the review day; processing begins on the next business day.
Embassy/Consulate Interaction
Embassies and consulates typically direct applicants to their official websites and do not provide individualized support or status updates. Incorrect or incomplete submissions may be returned by the embassy or consulate, resulting in additional costs and significant delays.

加急服务申请
加急（Expedited）服务的申请须通过 FedEx Priority Overnight 或 UPS Next Day Air 寄送。我们收到您的包裹之日被视为审核日；办理将于下一个工作日开始。

使馆/领馆通常会引导申请人访问其官方网站，不提供个性化支持或进度更新。材料不正确或不完整可能被使馆/领馆退回，导致额外费用与显著延误。
