工作签证（Z）
China Z Visa (Work)
发给来华受雇工作人员。拿到 Z 签证入境后，按规定在当地办理居留许可。
Issued to those going to China for employment. After entry with Z visa, a residence permit must be obtained per local rules.
申请材料（基础）
Basic Documents
- 外国人工作许可通知（由中国人社部门系统签发，含二维码/条形码）。
- 护照：至少6个月有效期且至少2页空白签证页。
- 居住州证明：驾驶执照/州ID，或当月水电/银行账单等。
- 签证照片：白底、近6个月拍摄，符合中国签证照片规格。
- 在线申请表（COVA）：https://cova.mfa.gov.cn（保存申请ID）。
- Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit (issued via China’s online system with QR/barcode).
- Passport: 6+ months validity and 2 blank visa pages.
- Proof of state residence: Driver’s license/State ID, or recent utility/bank statement.
- Visa photo: White background, taken within 6 months, meeting CN visa specs.
- Online form (COVA): https://cova.mfa.gov.cn (save your Application ID).

COVA Tips
- 地区选择：北美 → 美国 → 按您居住州选择所属签证中心/受理点。
- 英文姓名需与护照一致（含中间名）。
- 建议提交前让我们先审核，确认无误再预约。
- Region: North America → USA → select Center per your state of residence.
- Name must match your passport (including middle name).
- Have us review before final submission/appointment.
