一、所需材料
1）有效护照
- 至少 2 页空白签证页
- 单次入境：护照有效期至少 6 个月
- 多次/长期：建议护照有效期留足 10+ 个月
2）居住州（地）证明（适用于在美申请人）
- 州驾照或州身份证；或近期开具的水电账单/银行对账单等能体现住址的文件
3）证件照片
- 需在 中国签证在线填表（COVA）中上传数码照片
- 近 6 个月内拍摄、白底、露出五官、无镜片反光
4）在线申请表（COVA）
- 登录 cova.mfa.gov.cn，按指引填报；北美申请请选择所在国家与受理馆
- 务必记录并保存您的申请 ID
- 姓名栏建议包含名与中间名（如适用）；尽量完整填写
- 先保存、不要提交，待我们审核后再行提交
5）录取/入学证明
- 高校录取通知书或入学通知书（如需签名请先签名）
6）JW201 / JW202 表格
- 如收到纸质原件，优先提供原件；官方电子版打印亦可
- 按表格要求在“申请人签名”处签名（如适用）
7）其他（按需）
- 既往中国签证/居留许可复印件（如有）
- 美国绿卡或有效签证（如非美籍申请人）
- 曾持中国护照者：旧护照/注销说明等
- 未成年人：出生证明、父母身份证明/同意函等
二、费用与时效
费用
总费用由领馆签证费 + 服务费 + 往返寄递构成。不同国籍、入境次数与办理时效有所差异。请联系下方客服获取当日报价。
办理时长（参考）
- 标准：通常 4–5 个工作日（以受理馆与材料完备度为准）
- 加急：可申请加急名额（名额与时长依受理馆政策）
友情建议：请在预计出行日前 3–4 周启动准备（含表格审核、材料齐备与物流时间）。

1) Required Documents
Valid Passport
- At least 2 blank visa pages
- Single entry: at least 6 months validity remaining
- Multiple/longer stay: ideally 10+ months validity remaining
Proof of Residence (for applicants in the U.S.)
- State driver’s license/ID; or recent utility bill/bank statement showing address
Photo
- Digital photo must be uploaded in the COVA form
- Taken within 6 months, white background, full facial features, no glare
Online Application (COVA)
- Go to cova.mfa.gov.cn and follow the prompts
- Save and keep your Application ID
- Include middle name where applicable; complete all sections as much as possible
- Save but do not submit until we pre-check your form
Admission Proof
- University admission/acceptance letter (sign if a signature field exists)
JW201 / JW202
- Original preferred if mailed; official e-version printout is acceptable
- Sign under “Applicant’s Signature” if required
Other (if applicable)
- Previous China visa/residence permit copies
- U.S. green card or valid visa (for non-U.S. nationals)
- Former PRC passport/renunciation info if ever held PRC nationality
- Minors: birth certificate; parents’ IDs/consent, etc.
2) Fees & Timing
Fees
Total cost = Consular fee + Service fee + Shipping. Pricing varies by nationality, entries and processing speed. Please contact us for a same-day quote.
Processing Time (Typical)
- Regular: about 4–5 business days after submission (subject to the visa center/consulate)
- Expedite: limited quota and timeline per the accepting center’s policy
Tip: Start 3–4 weeks before your intended travel to allow for form checks, document readiness, and shipping.
