COVA 填表常见问题（精选）

以下要点可显著降低退件与补件概率。

1. 姓名如何填写？中间名要写吗？
Surname 填护照上的姓；Given names 必须包含名和中间名（如有）。建议全表使用英文大写并避免特殊符号。
2. 照片上传不通过怎么办？
近 6 个月、白底、光线均匀、无阴影/反光；头部占比合规。JPG 格式、清晰适中。
3. 现住址与工作信息如何填写？
填写真实可核验信息；学生/无业请选择相应身份并简要说明。电话与邮箱需保持可联系。
4. 行程与邀请信息
商务/学习应与邀请函或录取材料一致；旅游写明计划城市/酒店。入境城市、停留天数等需自洽。
5. 旅行史如何填写？
如实列出近年出入境记录。曾获中国签证/居留许可者尽量提供签证号、签发地与有效期。
6. 受理地/辖区怎么选？
通常与居住州相关。若不确定，请先邮件给我们初审后再确定受理地。
7. 何时点击“提交”在线表？
建议先保存 COVA 申请 ID，完成到预览即可；先邮件给我们检查后再正式提交。
8. 未成年人需要哪些额外材料？
常见需：出生证复印件、父母护照/身份证明、监护/同意文件；如有中国旅行证/旧签证亦请提供。
9. 背景问题（是/否）如何作答？
务必如实；如涉及拒签、传染病史、犯罪记录等，请按表格提示提供解释与支持性文件。
10. 邀请单位/学校信息不全怎么办？
尽量取得全称、地址、电话、注册/许可编号、联系人等；学习类附录取/入学材料。
11. 附件命名与格式
推荐英文文件名、避免空格/特殊符号；PDF/JPG 为主，清晰可读、体积适中。
12. 最常见的三类退件

Top COVA Form Questions

These points address the most frequent reasons for returns.

1) Name entry & middle name
Use surname exactly as in passport; put given + middle in “Given names”. Prefer uppercase; avoid special characters.
2) Photo validation fails
Taken within 6 months; white background; even lighting; correct head ratio. JPG and clearly legible.
3) Address & employment
Provide verifiable information. If student/unemployed, choose the correct status and explain briefly. Keep phone/email reachable.
4) Itinerary & inviter
Match business/study entries with invitation/admission docs. For tourism, include planned cities/hotels; keep stay length consistent.
5) Past travel history
List recent entries/exits. If you had China visas/residence permits, include numbers, place of issue, and validity when available.
6) Consular jurisdiction

8) Extra docs for minors
Typically birth certificate copy, parents’ IDs/passports, custody/consent docs; include prior China visa/travel document if any.

Answer truthfully; provide explanation/supporting evidence for refusals, medical issues, criminal records, etc.
10) Missing inviter/school data
Obtain full legal name, address, phone, registration/permit No., contact person; add offer/admission letters for X visas.
11) File naming & formats
Use English filenames, avoid spaces/special symbols; PDF/JPG preferred; ensure legibility; keep file sizes reasonable.
