电子护照人像照片规格要求｜Passport Photo Requirements

总体要求

护照照片合格示例（白底、正面、无阴影）
示例：白色背景、正面、面部与头部完整可见

申请人须提交6个月内纸质近照2张及同版数字照片。背景为白色，须包含整个面部和头部，面部或背景无阴影。纸质照片必须由照相馆冲洗或使用专业照片打印纸打印。不得对照片进行修改，不得使用合成照片。数字照片须为 JPEG 格式，文件大小 30–80 KB。如照片不符合要求，须重新提交。

面部要求

  • 表情自然，双眼睁开，双唇自然闭合，全部面部特征清晰可见。
  • 可佩戴眼镜，但镜片不得有颜色，不得因闪光、阴影或镜架造成眼睛轮廓模糊。
  • 可佩戴助听器或类似辅助设备。

头饰

不得戴帽子或头巾等饰品；如因宗教原因需佩戴，须确保不遮挡整个面部。

数字照片提供方式（任选其一）

  1. 登录中国领事服务网（http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/）使用海外护照在线预约申请系统提前上传、检验数字照片。
  2. 将数字照片刻录在光盘上，连同其他申请材料递交至驻外外交领事机构。
  3. 如办证大厅提供现场照相服务（仅限个别有条件馆），由现场照相点协助提供电子照片。

照片尺寸

成品尺寸：宽 33 mm × 高 48 mm
头部宽度：15–22 mm
头部高度（下巴至头顶）：28–33 mm
头顶至相片上边：3–5 mm
下颚至图像下边沿：高度不小于 7 mm

提示：拍摄或裁切时优先满足“头部高度/宽度”范围，再校正上下边距。

不符合要求照片样例

不合格样例：背景非白色/光线不均/遮挡

示例：背景非白色、光线不均或有阴影、佩戴有色镜片/遮挡面部等，均不符合要求。

General Requirements

Compliant sample: white background, full face visible
Sample: white background, front view, full head and face visible

Submit two identical printed photos taken within the last 6 months, plus the identical digital photo. Background must be white. The full head and face must be visible with no shadows on the face or background. Printed photos must be developed by a studio or printed on professional photo paper. No retouching or composite images are allowed. The digital file must be JPEG, sized 30–80 KB. Non‑compliant photos must be resubmitted.

Face

  • Neutral expression; eyes open; mouth closed; all facial features clearly visible.
  • Glasses are allowed but no tinted lenses; no glare/shadows; frames must not obscure the eyes.
  • Hearing aids or similar devices are permitted.

Headwear

No hats, headscarves or accessories. If worn for religious reasons, the headwear must not obscure the full face.

How to Provide the Digital Photo (choose one)

  1. Visit the Chinese Consular Services website (http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/) and upload/validate the photo via the online appointment system for overseas passports.
  2. Burn the digital photo to a CD and submit it with other application materials to the mission.
  3. If on‑site photo service is available (limited posts), the service point can provide the e‑photo.

Dimensions

Final size:33 mm (W) × 48 mm (H)
Head width:15–22 mm
Head height (chin to crown):28–33 mm
Top edge to crown:3–5 mm
Chin to bottom edge:at least 7 mm

Tip: prioritize the head height/width ranges during shooting/cropping, then adjust top/bottom margins.
