中国驻多伦多总领馆和安省政府服务部认可各类文件翻译、公证、认证专业机构。中国驻多伦多总领事馆的规定：不能使用原件做进认证书。只能做 1. 翻译+公证，2. 复印件与原件相符TRUE COPY（需要寄原件）。加拿大护照办理领事馆认证，只需填写领事馆申请表，护照复印件。两种的文件认证的法律效应都一样。
对于中国护照申请领事馆认证，除领事馆申请表，中国护照复印件，还需要提供PR卡、工作签证或学生签证等有效的加拿大居留证件的复印件。
TRUE COPY认证比翻译认证每份便宜30，但需要邮寄原件。

Rush Service Application: Applications for Rush service must be sent via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Delivery. The day we receive your application is considered the review day, and processing begins on the next business day.
Embassy/Consulate Interaction: Please note that embassies and consulates typically refer individuals to their websites and do not provide personalized support or updates. Incorrectly submitted documents may result in additional expenses and significant delays, as they will be returned by the embassy or consulate.
