申请中国签证时，要求提供“公司信”怎么办？

目前，纽约、芝加哥、旧金山，洛杉矶，休斯顿，华盛顿DC，领事馆在处理不同申请人时，部分申请人会被要求提供公司或单位开具的证明信。

请提供您公司或相关单位的说明信，需要包括以下信息：

  • 公司信纸，包括了公司的基本信息，例如电话，网站等；
  • 介绍公司性质，是什么行业的？；
  • 是营利公司，还是非盈利组织；
  • 是政府单位，还是非政府单位；
  • 您在公司或单位的职位，负责什么？；
  • 去中国的目的？；
  • 公司或单位的法人或负责人签名；
  • 还有哪些人去中国？；

  • with organization letter head
  • nature of the organization
  • verify piofit or non-prfit
  • verify governmentaal or non-governmental
  • verity your position in the organization
  • purpose to China
  • signature of the legal representive
