Can Someone Else Fill Out Your COVA China Visa Application?

The current COVA guide requires the declaration to identify whether the filer is the applicant or someone completing it on the applicant’s behalf; a helper must provide their own information and relationship to the applicant.

A helper can organize records, translate questions, enter answers, resize uploads, compare dates, and monitor the preliminary-review status. This is different from pretending that the applicant personally typed every field.
