After online review reaches the passport-submission stage, the barcode information page identifies the reviewed order. Use the current page from the final submitted version.
Three points to handle correctly
- Print a clear, complete barcode page
- Do not use a page from a canceled application
- Keep a copy with the outbound document record
Why applicants often get this wrong
The common problem is not always one missing form. It is often a mismatch among the COVA answers, passport details, invitation, itinerary or supporting evidence. Reviewers may also request a clarification or original document for the individual case.

- Names, passport numbers and dates agree across every document.
- Uploads are complete and readable, with originals retained for possible verification.
