Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Customers may request account deletion at privacy@echinavisa.com or through the account portal. Eligible verified requests are completed within 30 days. Active applications, payment disputes, legal holds and passport shipments must be resolved first. Sensitive application documents are ordinarily retained no longer than 365 days after case closure. Deleted data may remain in encrypted rolling backups for up to 90 additional days and is not restored except for disaster recovery. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
eChinaVisa is owned and operated by Dragon Byte Design Inc. It is an independent visa application assistance service, not a government website, and is not affiliated with any Chinese embassy or consulate. Visa approval, visa validity and official processing times are determined solely by the relevant Chinese authorities.
