- Enter your U.S. state, contact phone, applicant count, and preferred service speed
- Create or sign in to your secure eChinaVisa account
- Review the displayed one-time order total before continuing
2. Pay securely and provide application information
- Complete payment through the secure checkout shown for the order
- Return to the customer account and confirm that the order shows the correct payment status
- Complete the case questionnaire and provide the requested supporting information
- Use the private account for case materials; do not send passport or payment details through the free consultation form
3. Review, COVA preparation, and document instructions
- Our team checks the selected category, jurisdiction, answers, photo, and supporting materials for consistency
- Missing or conflicting information is requested through the case workflow
- The COVA application is prepared and reviewed with the applicant before the applicable submission step
- Do not mail a passport until the account displays case-specific mailing instructions and the required package checklist
4. Submission, tracking, and secure return
- The physical package is recorded when received and handled according to the service ordered
- Case milestones are updated in the customer account as information becomes available
- Official review, requests for additional documents, visa decisions, and government timing remain controlled by the relevant Chinese authority
