Customers must wait for the case-specific mailing instructions before sending original documents. Tracking and protective packaging are strongly recommended. Carrier delays, loss and official retention are outside our direct control. Access to passports must be limited to authorized personnel and recorded in the case audit trail.
eChinaVisa is owned and operated by Dragon Byte Design Inc. It is an independent visa application assistance service, not a government website, and is not affiliated with any Chinese embassy or consulate. Visa approval, visa validity and official processing times are determined solely by the relevant Chinese authorities.
