Privacy Policy
We collect only the account, application, contact, payment-status, shipping and digital supporting-document information needed to provide the requested service. We do not request or store customer passport scans, passport images, passport numbers or passport-number fragments in the App or website. Customers send original passports by physical mail only after receiving case-specific instructions. Digital supporting documents are stored in private access-controlled storage. We use service providers for authentication, hosting, payments, security scanning, communications and shipping only as needed to provide and protect the service. We record a privacy-limited registration context such as website or App, broad device category and operating system. Trusted hosting infrastructure may use the connection IP address momentarily to infer an approximate U.S. state or city for security and aggregated service and advertising analysis; we do not store the country, raw IP address, precise coordinates or a location history in this analytics record, and inferred locations may be inaccurate when a VPN, relay, carrier or corporate network is used. We use first-party storage to retain referral and campaign parameters and attach them to an order so we can distinguish acquisition sources such as Facebook, ChatGPT, referrals and direct visits; this attribution record does not contain application documents, phone numbers or email addresses. With the visitor's consent, Meta Pixel and OpenAI Ads Pixel measure page visits, completed registration, checkout initiation and payment success. The payment-success event contains no payment amount, visa selection, application content, passport information, document, phone number or email address. We do not sell application data. Access, correction and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@echinavisa.com. Sensitive digital supporting documents are ordinarily deleted within 365 days after the case closes, unless an active dispute, shipment, chargeback, fraud investigation or legal obligation requires longer retention.
