Before you ship
- Wait for the mailing instructions shown for your case
- Use protective packaging and a trackable carrier service
- Keep copies of the passport identity page and all signed forms
- Never send payment-card data or account passwords with the package
While we handle the package
- Receipt is recorded against the case
- Access is limited to personnel performing the document-handling workflow
- Material review, submission, collection, and shipment milestones are recorded
- Questions or missing items are communicated through the case workflow
Returning the passport
- Return shipping uses a tracked service to the approved address
- Tracking is provided when the return label is activated
- Someone should be available for delivery when a signature is required
- Carrier delay, loss, weather, and official retention remain outside our direct control
