eChinaVisa is a private, independent visa application assistance service for customers who reside in the United States and apply through a Chinese embassy or consulate in the U.S.

We help customers understand document requirements, review application materials, coordinate submission through the appropriate official channel, provide status updates, and arrange secure passport return.

We are not a government website and are not affiliated with any Chinese embassy or consulate. Visa decisions, validity and official processing times are determined solely by the relevant Chinese authorities.

A service-fee refund may be available within 24 hours after payment only if substantive work has not begun. After work begins, any refund is limited to the unearned portion. Visa refusal does not itself create a refund right.

Customer support is available in English and Chinese for questions about our service and application workflow.

⚡ Clear Processing Estimates

Standard service is estimated at 3–4 weeks and expedited service at 2–3 weeks after we receive all complete and acceptable materials. Actual timing varies and is not guaranteed.
